What is the Catalog? 

The catalog is the authoritative source for academic programs and courses at UNC Charlotte.  Students should regularly consult the requirements for their degree in the catalog.  The catalog also contains academic policies, admission procedures, and other pertinent information about the University. 

Can I have a catalog sent to my home?

UNC Charlotte does not offer printed versions of our catalogs; however, they are provided online in a complete downloadable PDF format for saving, viewing, or printing at home.  Visit the Catalog PDFs for these or see the DOWNLOAD PDF CATALOG link near the bottom of the lefthand vertical menu.  Additionally, all of the information within the catalogs are viewable by either computer or mobile device at https://catalog.charlotte.edu

What do I need to be admitted to UNC Charlotte?

How do I apply to UNC Charlotte?

Tuition and fees vary and may be found on the Niner Central website.

What undergraduate majors and minors does UNC Charlotte offer?

The undergraduate degree programs offered by UNC Charlotte are listed under Academic Programs .  These may be sorted alphabetically by subject; by college; by department; or by majors, minors, and certificates.

Which catalog should I be looking at?

I’m currently taking classes at another institution.  Which courses will transfer to UNC Charlotte?

Our Office of Undergraduate Admissions answers a lot of questions about transferring to UNC Charlotte on their website.  Please visit admissions.charlotte.edu/transfers for details, Transfer Guides, Transfer Requirements, and Transfer Credits.  Additionally, prospective students may use the Undergraduate Admission Transfer Credit Advisor for courses that have previously been evaluated for transfer credit at UNC Charlotte.

How can I bookmark several pages in the catalog to refer to later?
