JOUR 3160 - Advanced News Reporting and Writing

This advanced journalism course continues the study of reporting and writing techniques introduced in JOUR 2160 . Course covers news reporting and writing, with emphasis on the print media. Students survey a variety of news sources to become familiar with current events and the various approaches and styles of coverage.
Prerequisite(s): JOUR 2160 or permission of instructor.
