KNES 2212 - Lifeguard Training
Credit Hours: (3)
The knowledge and skills associated with lifeguarding. Qualifying students receive the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certificate.
Restriction(s): Students must be able to swim 300 yards using a combination of front crawl and breast stroke continuously, swim 20 yards, dive to 10 feet and retrieve a dive brick, and return within 1 minute and 40 seconds, and tread water for two minutes legs only.
