Lecture material and laboratory experiences for the biomechanical and physiologic principles of strength and conditioning programs. Strong focus on practical application of strength and conditioning principles for training and testing techniques for special populations, apparently healthy populations, and athletes.

Restriction(s): Exercise Science major with Concentration in Strength and Conditioning, or permission of instructor
Prerequisite(s): KNES 3285  .
