BINF 6200L - Statistics for Bioinformatics Laboratory
Introduces R and its application in solving common statistical problems in bioinformatics. Basic relevant concepts from probability, probability distributions, and statistical inference are introduced and illustrated by examples from bioinformatics applications using R.
