CMET 4127 - Construction Law and Regulatory Issues


Examination of the legal problems encountered by architects, engineers, contractors, owners, sureties, and lenders involved in the construction process. Special emphasis on the legal rights and liabilities of the various participants in construction projects. Claims preparation, negotiation, arbitration, and litigation methods of dispute resolution.
