CEGR 4222 - Structural Steel Design II Analysis and design of structural steel components and systems with emphasis on theories necessary for a thorough understanding of the design of complete structures. Composite beams, biaxial bending, beam columns, required strength analysis using the Direct Analysis Method, and bolted and welded connections are covered. Current ANSI/AISC 360 specifications used.
