ETFS 4344 - Structural Fire Safety Fundamental knowledge for the design and analysis of structures in fire. Topics include: principles of structural design for fire safety, prescriptive-based and performance-based structural fire engineering approaches, behavior of structural materials (e.g., steel, concrete, and timber) in fire, and fire safety design of typical structural members and their assemblies.
