FINN 3276 - Employee Benefits Provides an analysis of group plans (e.g., medical, life, disability, and retirement), stock options, profit sharing plans and statutory benefits (e.g., workers’ compensation and social security). Includes a review of legislation affecting these plans. Non-traditional plans (e.g., child care, flex time, and wellness programs) are also examined.
