FLED 4201 - K-8 Methods - Foreign Languages


Current trends and practices in teaching foreign and second languages in the elementary school and middle school (K-8), with emphasis on practical applications. Addresses state mandated competencies. Required for licensure in the teaching of French, German, or Spanish (K-12). Includes 15 hours of field experiences.

Prerequisite(s): Completion of at least two 3000-level courses or equivalent in the target language, or permission of department of Middle, Secondary & K-12 Education.
