CEGR 3235 - Land Development Engineering - Advanced Site Analysis


Site assessment of land to determine infrastructure needs.  Design cost effective infrastructure for residential and commercial developments.  Analyze government regulations to determine side design criteria.  Prepare a design for each of the major infrastructure components (roads, stormwater, sanitary sewer and water).  Prepare plans in CAD for presentation of design alternatives and solutions.

Credit Hours: (3)
Restriction(s): Engineering major or minor.
Prerequisite(s): CEGR 3161  with grade of C or above and CEGR 3153
