CHEM 6135 - Advanced Organic Chemistry


A qualitative discussion of modern mechanistic interpretation of the relations between structure and reactivity. Special emphasis is placed on the role of reactive intermediates such as carbocations, carbanions, carbenes, and radicals.

Prerequisite(s): CHEM 5133  and either CHEM 5134  or CHEM 5135  with a grade of B or above, or permission of instructor.
