PPOL 8682 - Stratification and Social Policy Examines: (a) structures and processes underlying social stratification in the United States, particularly the inequality that is grounded in social class, gender, ethnicity, and race; and (b) the social policy implications that follow from our analysis of the nature and sources of stratification.
Credit Hours: (3) Restriction(s): Full graduate standing in the Ph.D. in Public Policy program or permission of instructor.
