RESP 5102 - Department Management in the Healthcare Environment
Provides an understanding of the administrative and financial aspects of healthcare management, introducing concepts related to strategic planning and healthcare marketing. Students learn about financing healthcare and health insurance, as well as managing costs and revenues associated with department management. Human resources, legal, and policy concepts related to outpatient, inpatient, public, and private sectors are examined.
