ATRN 6119 - General Medicine and Diagnostic Procedures The second part of learning how to evaluate, diagnose, and treat common non-orthopedic medical conditions. Students continue learning the medications used to treat the non-orthopedic medical conditions. Additionally, students identify and describe various modes of imaging techniques and tests used in sports medicine. Diagnostic procedures covered in the course include, but are not limited to: X-ray, CT scan, MRI, bone scan, fluoroscopy, and PET.
