PHYS 3160 - Stellar Astrophysics An introduction to stellar structure and evolution. Topics include: observational techniques, the interaction of light and matter, spectral classification, stellar structure and energy transport, nuclear energy sources, evolution off the main sequence, variable stars, and stellar remnants.
