FINN 3273 - Property and Casualty Involves an analysis of the need of businesses and individuals for property and casualty insurance and the nature of such coverage. An examination of property and casualty insurance products is included, with an emphasis on the study of case law, the use of contracts and contract language underwriting procedures, actuarial science, reinsurance, accounting, non-insurance risk transfer, and claims handling.
