MSCI 2102 - Foundations of Tactical Leadership Examines the challenges of leading teams in the complex operational environment. The course highlights dimensions of terrain analysis, patrolling, route planning, and operations orders. Further study of the Army Leadership Requirements Model explores the dynamics of adaptive leadership in the context of military operations. There is no military obligation to take this course; open to all UNC Charlotte and CAEC consortium students. Participation in leadership lab is required.
