BINF 8112 - Bioinformatics Programming II

Continuation of BINF 8111. In this second semester, students practice and refine skills learned in the first semester. New topics include: programming as part of a team, using sequence analysis algorithms in realistic settings; writing maintainable and re-usable code; and graphical user interface development.
