CHEM 6147 - Molecular Photochemistry and Photophysics An investigation of the excited states of organic molecules and the photophysics governing radiative and nonradiative transitions. Topics include: electronic orbitals, absorption, emission, potential energy surfaces, energy transfer, photophysical radiationless transitions, singlet oxygen and chemiluminescent organic reactions.
