CJUS 6104 - Legal and Ethical Issues in Crime Analysis Provides an overview of crime analysis from the perspective of culture (e.g., law, ethics, and governance). Particular attention is given to pre-crime control policy, information technology, and the surveillance state. Legal challenges (in criminal and constitutional law) and ethical concerns (for justice and the public good) are examined.
