OSCI 8610 - Micro Organizational Science I Examines research, theory and application regarding individual differences (e.g., abilities, personality), assessment (e.g., tests, inventories, interviews, assessment centers), criterion development (e.g., job analysis, performance models) and organizational staffing processes (i.e., recruitment, selection, basic legal concepts).
Credit Hours: (3) Restriction(s): Full graduate standing in the Ph.D. in Organizational Science program or permission of instructor.
