Teaching strategies that focus on the major aspects of university teaching. Topics include: preparing a syllabus, creating assignments, evaluating student performance, and enhancing student learning through the use of various discussion and lecture techniques. Students work with a faculty member to develop and deliver a lecture, and develop and grade an assignment to assess students’ understanding based on the delivered lecture.
