PPOL 8644 - Public Budgeting and Financing
Focus is on the public budget process as a means of policy development, analysis and implementation. It will also address in more depth issues of financing the policies authorized in the budget and for which appropriations are sought.

Restriction(s): Full graduate standing in the Ph.D. in Public Policy program or permission of instructor.
