MEGR 7133 - Applied Vehicle Aerodynamics
Examination of the flow of air around streamlined and bluff bodies, aerodynamic forces, understanding flow separation and reattachments, aerodynamic tools, introduction to computational fluid dynamics, use of commercial CFD packages to solve fluid flow problems, computer simulation, and analysis of flow around bluff bodies and road vehicles, including racecars.
