ARTR 2162 - Drawing/Expression in Print Media Introduction and survey of analog printmaking processes, including relief printmaking (linoleum or woodblock), etching/intaglio printmaking, monotype printmaking, as well as drawing-based methods in screenprinting and/or lithography. Learn the history and context of traditional/analog printmaking and its applications in contemporary art practices. Explore mark-making and expression through various printmaking projects including monoprints, varied editions, and conventional editions. Six contact hours.
