MSRE 6102 - International Real Estate Study Tour

Students travel to an international city to study real estate development. Opportunities and challenges in the regional real estate market will be explored through the completion of a series of study tours, presentations, reading assignments and short essays. Emphasis will be placed on issues such as urban planning, sustainable growth, economic development and global market integration.
