ARTZ 3243 - Sculpture 3: Sculpture = Concept Focuses on conceptual aspects of sculpture/installation. Develops student ability to communicate with audience specific ideas utilizing varied materials and forms of expression. Requires students to present their artistic research in a broad context of reasons for art making. Environmental topics and environmental art/installation are introduced. Introducing more advanced metal and wood fabrication techniques and less traditional sculpture media. Six contact hours.
