KNES 2101 - Foundations of Physical Conditioning


The application and basic science of physical training programs designed to improve and maintain physical fitness. There is a strong emphasis on improving discipline-specific oral communication skills throughout the semester.  It is also designed to place the student in the practitioner’s role of developing and leading fitness programs for individuals and/or groups.
