SOCY 4110 - Sociology of Aging


Study of the changing characteristics, aspirations, and needs of older adults and their impact upon such institutions as the family, work, the economy, politics, education, and healthcare; emphasis on sociological theories of aging, contemporary research, and the analysis of specific aging policies and programs.
