SOCY 3769 - Honors Sociology of Health and Illness

The cultural and structural influences on the definition of health and illness; models of illness behaviors; health demography and epidemiology; social influences on the delivery of healthcare; ethical issues surrounding health and illness; and the development of relevant social policy.
