ARTH 2614 - Writing Seminar in Art History An introductory course designed to familiarize students with writing in the discipline. Through weekly writing assignments, peer-review activities, reflections, and presentations, students develop the ability to structure written work in a well-organized manner, to assemble and assess primary source material, to demonstrate logic and argumentation, to develop clear thesis statements, and to strengthen analytical skills by reviewing written essays, museum texts, and gallery or museum shows.
