BPHD 8230 - Theory of Corporate Finance
Introduction to asset pricing and portfolio choice theory. Examines the theory and evidence concerning major corporate financial policy issues including capital structure, payout policy, security design and issuance, capital budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, agency theory and financial contracting, and the market for corporate control.
