CHEM 5171 - Biochemical Instrumentation Modern instrumental methods used in biorelated areas such as biochemistry, biotechnology and medical technology. Theory and practice. Potentiometry, spectrophotometry, chromatography, sedimentation, and electrophoresis. Two lecture hours and two 3-hour laboratory periods per week.
