CJUS 6101 - Criminological Theory and Policy Definitions and patterns of criminal behavior. Major theoretical perspectives on crime, including historical, philosophical, individual, community-oriented and societal approaches. Particular focus on the development of policy and the effectiveness of current policies aimed at reducing crime.
