HCIP 6108 - Decision Analysis in Healthcare Study of selected quantitative management tools useful in the analysis of managerial decisions, a review of basic descriptive and inferential statistics, applied probability distributions, forecasting methods, statistical process control, queuing, transportation and assignment modeling, and linear programming. Emphasis on applying quantitative decision making methods to the operational problems facing healthcare organizations. Familiarity with computers and computer software will be important for success in this course.
