MEGR 8125 - Vibrations of Continuous Systems

Analysis of vibration of continuous linear elastic structures such as strings, rods, beams and plates with varying boundary conditions. Approximate solution techniques such as Rayleigh, Rayleigh-Ritz, and Galerkin are presented. Credit will not be awarded for MEGR 8125 where credit has been awarded for MEGR 6125.
