MEGR 8282 - Computer-Aided Process Planning


Theory and computing methods for the specification, manufacture, and verification of manufactured artifacts with a particular emphasis on precision engineering applications. Representation of engineering designs. Feature recognition. Generation of manufacturing and metrology instructions. Computer software implementation projects. Credit will not be awarded for MEGR 8282 where credit has been awarded for MEGR 7282 .
