NUMH 6430 - Practicum in Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing with Individuals
Application of the individual psychotherapeutic process incorporating therapeutic modalities from nursing as well as psychiatric, behavioral, and cultural sciences in selected clinical experiences. Clinical seminar, clinical conference, and faculty/peer supervision provide opportunities for development of the advanced practice psychiatric mental health nurse in a managed care or traditional healthcare environment. 120 clinical practice hours.
