INTL 3116 - Cultures and Conflicts Considers historical ties, geographical inter-connections and economic relationships that underlie contemporary issues involving culture and conflict. Discusses issues of race, class, gender, religion, nationality and citizenship among variously situated population groups and the complicated issues that arise both in the international arena and inside today’s multicultural societies.
