CEGR 3235 - Land Development Engineering - Advanced Site Analysis Site assessment of land to determine infrastructure needs. Design cost effective infrastructure for residential and commercial developments. Analyze government regulations to determine side design criteria. Prepare a design for each of the major infrastructure components (roads, stormwater, sanitary sewer and water). Prepare plans in CAD for presentation of design alternatives and solutions.
