HIST 2201 - History of Modern Asia Focus on the rise of modern Asia from the period just prior to the armed intervention of Western European nations. Emphasis will be placed on the impact of imperialism, colonialism, and the rise of Asian nationalism on Asian societies. Meets non- Western requirement.
