A survey of Europe from the decline of the Roman Empire, 300 B.C.E. to 1450 C.E. Topics include: the spread of Christianity, the Frankish Monarchy, the Crusades, the revival of towns, the growth of centralized monarchies, and the Black Death and its consequences.
