KNES 2101 - Foundations of Physical Conditioning


The basic science and application of physical training programs designed to improve and maintain physical fitness.  Emphasis on introducing the core competencies of the Exercise Science degree program.  Designed to place the student in the practitioner’s role of developing and leading fitness programs for individuals and/or groups.
