LTAM 3164 - U.S.-Latin American Relations Addresses the always-complicated and often-conflictive relationship between Latin American and the United States. Particular attention to critical contemporary issues such as the drug trade, immigration, international trade, humanitarian aid and U.S. policy toward Cuba.
