ESCI 6105 - Landscape Assessment An advanced geomorphology course that examines current climatic and/or tectonic geomorphology research topics and methods with a focus on regional or disciplinary issues that varies each offering. Using a variety of field-based quantitative and qualitative techniques such as laser surveys, GPS, trenching and/or coring, students devise and implement a research project that includes two related but separate field sites. Three hours seminar per week with three or four mandatory field trips.
