GEOG 6131 - Research Design Fundamentals


Scientific research and problem-solving.  Problem identification, bibliographic search, data sources, collection and management, techniques selection and preparation of reports, proposals, peer review, and publication.  Topics also include: human subjects and societal impacts of research, conflict of interest, collaboration, mentorship, and research misconduct.
