BINF 6115 - Introduction to UNIX Computing for Bioinformatics A foundation of commonly used UNIX commands and functions for all Bioinformatics courses. Bash shell scripting is introduced. The concept of analysis pipelines is introduced using universal UNIX commands. Reproducibility of analysis and adherence to the FAIR (Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reuse of digital assets) principles in scientific computing is also introduced.
