MUSC 2232 - Intermediate Musicianship Review Credit Hours: (3)
A review of intermediate music theory, including chromatic harmony, modulation, and simple forms, as well as advanced chromaticism, large-scale forms, serialism, and basic set theory. An aural skills and sight-singing component reviews the practical application of those theoretical materials, as well as mixed meters and advanced cross-rhythms. Three contact hours.
Prerequisite(s): Permission of instructor.
