For students who maintain a 3.5 GPA after 21 credit hours in one of the Spanish concentrations, the Department of Languages and Culture Studies offers an Honors Program.

Certification Requirements

Honors students must also take SPAN 4700 , where an Honors thesis is written that must be defended before the departmental Honors Committee.
